Preschool hours:

Hours are 7:30- 12:30 with enrichment beginning at 12:30.

Enrichment is billed at an hourly rate.

REGISTRATION FEES ARE $250.00 FOR PRESCHOOL AND $350.00 FOR KINDERGARTEN-GRADE EIGHT per student.  PAID BEFORE 4/15/2010. 

REGISTRATION FEES BEGINNING 4/16/2010 ARE $300.00 FOR PRESCHOOL AND $400.00 FOR KINDERGARTEN-GRADE EIGHT per student.

Registration Fees are NON REUNDABLE!

Kindergarten Enrichment and Extended Care $6.00/hour

Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten Enrichment $6.00/hour

Beginning 2010-2011 School year Preschool hours will be increased.  7:30 a.m. drop off with enrichment extending to 5:00p.m.

The annual tuition rate is based on projections of the per pupil cost less contributions from the parish, donors and fund raising. Tuition assistance is available to all children based upon family need. Saint Rose Catholic School budgets a limited amount of money each year to assist the demonstrated needy. Funds are distributed directly to the tuition accounts at the beginning of each school year.

Private School Aid Services provides an objective family financial analysis which determines in a fair, impartial and consistent manner the ability of a family to pay tuition. Applications are available in the school office in April.

Tuition assistance is awarded for only one year. For continued assistance, a new application must be made annually. A review of the previous year's payments and record of involvement will be taken into account prior to granting a new request. To be eligible for financial assistance students must maintain a 2.0 GPA, have satisfactory conduct, and not be on probation. Tuition assistance is only offered to qualifying families in Kindergarten through grade eight.

Saint Rose Catholic School depends upon prompt payment of tuition to meet its financial obligations and thus has adopted the following policy to deal with tuition collections.

• Tuition may be paid in advance or in monthly installments via Vanco- Electronic Payment Service- beginning August 1, 2010. Payments are to be made in accordance with the posted tuition guidelines and are due on the tenth of each month.
  
  
• A $50.00 late charge may be applied for tuition payments made after the twentieth of each month.
  
  
• Any account more than fifty days past due will be sent to Action Professionals Collection Agency in Paso Robles if prior arrangements have not been made with Saint Rose Catholic School.
  
  
• A $35.00 charge will be applied for all returned checks.
  
  
• No student will be allowed continued enrollment if arrangements have not been made regarding a delinquent account.
