The fifth grade classroom is full of many student centered learning
experiences. Working individually, in pairs, and in groups the students
will participate in a variety of problem solving and research activities.
Students will become lifelong learners who are faithful Christians
and responsible citizens.
Service to the community is an important aspect of our class.
Fifth Grade raises money for the Heifer Project which helps families
become self- sufficient by raising their own animals.
Field trips are an important part of our classroom curriculum.
Fifth grade plans to travel to the Cal Poly Performing Arts Center
and the Chumash Challenge. Chaperones are needed for all field trips.
